Daily Communication with Parents
We operate many systems within the nursery in order to maintain communication between parents/carers. Each parent/carer has their individual parent portal in which they can view their child's information, allergies, permissions, sessions and also financial information. Parents can view, save or download invoices and view their current balance.
We use an online observation and assessment tool, parents can view their child's observations and development checks on their smart phone via the Parenta App. The online App for parents enables you to log in to view observations and assessments and also other details such as financial and contact information.
Daily information sheets containing meals, sleeps & activities will be emailed to parents each day.
We use a text messaging system to keep in regular contact with yourselves (this is only for our use & no third party will be able to contact you)
